Guided by Ephesians 4:11-14, we prepare leaders to serve with excellence, unity, and spiritual maturity. Through comprehensive teaching, training, and personal and spiritual development, we aim to strengthen the Church so that every believer is strengthened in their faith, anchored in truth, and fully prepared for the work of ministry.
Vision Statement
IISD is an independent institution focused on Christ-centered education that aims to foster the whole development of individuals. Grounded in the biblical principles found in 1 Corinthians 12:1-31, the institution’s vision is to support each person in thriving across spiritual, emotional, relational, and intellectual dimensions. IISD emphasizes the importance of recognizing God’s calling, instilling confidence in His choices, and empowering individuals to discover and fulfill their unique purpose as intended by God.
What is IISD
IISD: International Institute of Spiritual Development trains and develops individuals called to the Five-Fold Ministry. This course provides a comprehensive overview of the Five Offices of Ministry Gifts—Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher. More than just an informational session, it focuses on preparing participants to fulfill their roles or assist within these offices. Key components of the curriculum include character development, prayer practices, discernment skills, and practical tools for cultivating a deeper relationship with God. This course is essential for anyone who feels a divine call in this area and seeks to enhance their ministry journey.

Getting Started: A Step-by-Step Guide
o begin the process, please share your contact information and indicate your interest. You can complete this step by clicking the provided link and filling out our Google Form to submit your details. When can I begin?
Once you have completed the admission process and received acceptance into the program, you will be eligible to begin classes on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
What is IISD’s denominational affiliation?
The IISD operates with an apostolic mission dedicated to spiritual development. As a non-denominational institution, it strives to create an inclusive environment that welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds. By promoting a sense of belonging and acceptance, the IISD aims to foster a supportive atmosphere where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.
Is there an application deadline?
The application process for our program will officially begin on January 12, 2026. We invite all interested individuals to share their contact information by filling out our Interest Google Form, and our Admissions team will be in touch with you. The application window will remain open until July 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
Is it necessary for me to be a member of a church?
No, church membership is not a prerequisite to be admitted to the program. Individuals are welcome to engage in activities and community events regardless of their religious affiliation or lack thereof. This inclusive approach ensures that everyone can participate without the obligation to belong to a specific church or religious organization.
What is the tuition fee?
Yes, the cost to participate in this program is $1,299.00. Additionally, a non-refundable application fee of $30.00 must be submitted with your application. This brings the total fee to $1,329.00. If you are accepted into the program, we offer flexible payment options to help make investing in your education more manageable.
Where will Classes Be Held?
Classes will be conducted in two formats: in person at the Open Door Family Worship Center and on virtual platforms. Participants have the option to choose their preferred mode of attendance, offering flexibility and convenience that suits their needs.
Are you an accredited school?
IISD is not recognized as an accredited institution; however, we offer certificates of completion to our participants. Our primary focus is on delivering practical training that equips students with the necessary skills and hands-on experience for effective ministry work. Our approach ensures that students not only understand the theoretical aspects of ministry but also prepare them to make a tangible impact in their communities.

Our institution’s refund policy specifies that all fees and tuition payments are non-refundable.
